These versioned terms apply only to this wholly synthetic rehearsal. They do not create a live commercial agreement, authorize real charges, or replace the final customer contract required before live sales.

The rehearsal covers one personalized one-page website, temporary hosting, a Solemaria test address, maintenance, website updates, and support. A customer-owned domain may be represented as an option but no real domain is transferred.
The fictional owner confirms that the supplied business details and authority statement are synthetic test data.

The 14-day trial and paid continuation are separate choices.
The synthetic 14-day free trial begins only when the fictional owner explicitly starts it. No card is required at trial start and no payment is taken during the trial.
The owner may set up $10 monthly continuation in advance, but Stripe test Checkout must defer billing until the recorded trial end. If continuation is not set up, the owner may choose it after the trial.

Facts, assets, permissions, and approvals stay traceable.
The fictional owner remains responsible for marking all supplied information and assets as synthetic and for confirming test usage rights. Solemaria must not publish unknown facts or unapproved assets as true.

Cancellation ends the test subscription and ongoing service.
The fictional owner may cancel through Stripe Customer Portal. Solemaria remains active only until the authoritative signed Stripe cancellation event is processed.
After confirmed cancellation, paid hosting, routine maintenance, updates, and support are no longer included. The account retains a plain-language test history.

Real customer terms still require approval before launch.
All billing in this rehearsal uses Stripe test mode. Final live terms must be approved by the adult business owner and professional advisers and must state taxes, invoicing, refunds, failed-payment handling, liability, privacy, and governing law.
